DirectionsTo the Allens' HouseFrom the west:Take W. Genesee St. toward Syracuse. Pass Fairmount Fair. Go to the stoplight after the Terry Road stoplight. Turn right onto Parsons Dr.
From the south:Take 81 North to 690 West, then see directions for "From north or east."
From the Baldwinsville area:Take 690 to Rte 695 (Auburn). On 695 follow the signs to Fairmount. When the road ends at W. Genesee St., turn left onto W. Genesee St. Go to the next stoplight after the Terry Road stoplight, which is at Parsons Dr. Turn right onto Parsons Dr. (then see below)
From the north or east:Take 690 West. Get off at Exit 10 and turn left. Go to the second light. Turn right onto W. Genesee St. Go about 2 miles to the first stoplight after Westvale Plaza, which is at Parsons Dr. Turn left onto Parsons Dr. (then see below)
At Parsons Drive (a divided street with a grass median):Go to the third intersection at Grove Rd. 401 Parsons is diagonally across the intersection. It's a tan house with white trim and dark green shutters. It's the only house with almost no lawn!

Take 481 North to Fulton. Stay in right lane when entering the city limits. Veer to the right at Nestles onto 4th St. Dan's house is on the corner of 4th and Pratt, 3 blocks from Nestles.

To Toad Hollow Compost FarmThe farm is located one-half mile west of the intersection of NYS Route 80 and Tanner Road and three-quarters mile east of the intersection of Makyes Road and Tanner Road. Parking is available behind the barns.
Take 81 South to the Nedrow or Onondaga Nation exit. It is the exit after Brighton if you are coming south from Syracuse or next exit after Lafayette if you are coming from Tully.
Turn right at the light off the exit ramp toward the town of Nedrow.
Pass the new ice rink on right and soon on your left you will see a junkyard call BEN & SON. Turn left and now the junkyard will continue to be on your left.
Go about 2-3 miles. You will pass the Onondaga Nation School and the health clinic. Just after the health clinic turn right.
Go about one mile and to the end. At the T or Rte80 you will turn left.
Go about 1-1.5 miles you will pass Griffin road (steep hill) on your right and then the road will bend sharply to the left. You want to go straight onto Tanner Rd. Sometimes the sign is blocked by tree branches. ** If you reach the Onondaga Central schools on your right you went too far. Turn around and now Tanner rd. will be on your left.
