Once change I'd make is to redesign the setup jig to be on castors. After the hull was finished, we needed to move it around while installing the side bumper rails and painting it. It took most of a Saturday once planked to crawl under and install 8 castors on each upright support. The casters were mounted under the horizontal members in the upper left picture, but this required 2x6 doublers on the verticals legs to transfer the load. These doublers had to be mounted tight, thus several fittings were required for each one. Then again, most boat builders don't try to squeeze a 22 1/2 foot boat into a 21 foot garage.
