Speaker: Elizabeth Barbone
Topic: GF Bread Baking Demo
Baking gluten-free bread can be one of the
biggest challenges a gluten-free baker faces.
Elizabeth Barbone, author of “Easy Gluten-Free
Baking", will be demonstrating how to make
perfect gluten-free bread every time. She will
discuss how to properly handle gluten-free
dough, select ingredients and the differences
between handheld mixers, stand mixers and
bread machines. During this fun and informative
session, Elizabeth will be demonstrating how to
make a white sandwich bread and a cinnamon
raisin bread. Samples of both breads will be
provided.
