The mission
of the Office of Corporate Ethics and Compliance is to protect and promote the integrity
of the enterprise, its staff and customers by:
Ensuring
compliance with all State, Federal and local laws.
Fostering
collaborative problem solving to mitigate regulatory risks and vulnerabilities.
Promoting a
culture of ethical business conduct through education, training
and awareness programs.
Forming
partnerships with various business units throughout the
Enterprise to achieve compliance by maximizing the most
efficient use of resources.
To accomplish its
mission the office must ensure
compliance with all laws, rules and regulations; advance ethical business behavior;
promote compliance as a resource.
