Objective: 17,000 park value by the end of year 3.
1. I would put all non coaster rides on land and not on the water.
2. Forget about mega theaming the park to gain park value and worry about shops, and rides for the park value.
3. You are going to have to build a path down to bottom of the water on like either end of the park so you can build cosater rides down there.
OR
3a. You are going to have to build coaster rides that go off the cliff and probabily want them to go all the way down to the top of the water. Can get to be expensive.
4. Add places to eat, bathroom(s) shops, etc, to help build up park value.
5. All rides may need to replaced every so often to park value to rise.
