2. Add workers of all types.
3. This is a harder stage because you can't remove any trees so placement of anything is important.
4. Over the next 4 years add when money permits:
Workers, new rides, places to eat, toilets, and marketing campaigns to win this stage.
And also replace any broken stuff and keep the park clean.
