| 1940 Shop
Manual:
This is an ok manual. It is much better for the passenger
cars than the truck. It does have some good information about
transmissions and the drive shaft. |

1940 Chevrolet Truck
Data Book:
I don't have this rare book. I believe it has much better
info and pictures of truck equipment. It was meant for the
Chevrolet salesmen to help with selling the truck. Last one I
saw for sale was $75.00 |
| Owner's Manual 1940
Trucks:
My copy is a bit ratty, but still ahs good info you would
expect like fluid amounts, spark plugs, maintenance intervals |

Chevrolet Trucks,
Operation and Care:
I got this from a guy in Australia. It covers the really
big trucks from 1940. |
| Chevrolet Truck for
1940:
This is a very neat book. I t has a artist drawing and line
drawing of every truck platform for 1940, including the bus,
flatbeds, COE, rack trucks, etc. I've included a few
more pages from this one so you can see what I'm talking
about. |

Like the shop manual, it is really best for information on
the car models
