Turkey Meatballs Paprika (serves 6)

1-1/2 pounds PLAINVILLE ground turkey
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons water
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Pinch black pepper
1 package (1 1/4 ounce) cream sauce mix (optional)
Paprika (optional)

Turkey mixture may be used to prepare meatballs, meatloaf or hamburgers.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients’ mix well. Shape turkey mixture into 1 1/2" meatballs. Place meatballs on a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 170 to 175 degrees F. on a meat thermometer. To serve, prepare cream sauce mix according to package directions. Arrange meatballs on egg noodles. Drizzle with cream sauce. Sprinkle with paprika.
